Nightmare

I would not recommended this place to anyone This is by far the worst salon I have, in my 30years of getting my hair done, ever had the misfortune of going to. I wanted a simple color and highlighted streak in my hair. Should have taken a hour to a hour & 1/2 max. I was in the salon for 6 hours! And if that was not bad enough the blonde highlights were spotty with nasty orange bits in them and they still made me pay the full $175 for the services. I had to go back to get it "fixed" which was another 5 hours at the salon. The blonde was still spotted with orange bits and she ended up frying a couple big chunks of my hair completely off. I was very unhappy with it and all they offered me in way of saying sorry was a coupon for 25$ off my next service. As if I would go back to suffer through that nightmare again!

Vicki is good at doing what she does. I came to her with a really bad perm and color that i had no idea what i wanted to do with. I told vicki that i wanted my hair to be healthy and she helped me get my hair healthy,vicki wont use or have you buy any product that is not good for your hair. She gave me a amazing haircut and the color is great, she really knows what she doing, i felt that when i was in her hair she really listened to what i did and didnt like. So if you want amazing results and a stylist who listens to what you want go to vicki.

I have had my hair colored by Sophia many times, and every time I have been extremely pleased with the outcome. She listens to exactly what I want and follows through. I would definitely recommend her.
