Arrogant with Zero Customer Service

Salon Bliss staff are arrogant and unaccomodating. Even when they make the mistake, be prepared to pay for it. They will not budge. You have no recourse other than of course to take your business elsewhere. I was hoping to resolve my issue amicably but I was not able to so because Owner Lisa Ruley does not even have the courtesy to return a call (or several calls for that matter). I will never go back there again even though they are the closest salon in town.

Wendy Ward is the best Sylist she is now at The Cutting Edge in Antioch IL. Wendy just did my hair and it looks fantastic...I am so happy I found her again!

Exceptional Salon

I was looking for a salon that would not make me feel embarrassed or ashamed. I wanted a pedicure, but had a fungus on my toes. Not wanting to be turned away, I called first. Salon Bliss said absolutely I could come, so I made an appointment. From the moment I walked in the door and throughout my pedicure, I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect! That was over 3+ years ago and I continue to receive multiple services there. I highly recommend this salon and hope your experience is just as welcoming.

Not worth the money

I was very disappointed in this place, even after I went to back to fix the orginal problem (perm didn't take), still not happy and won't be back

the service was good..the lady who did my eyebrows spent A LOT of time on them and didnt do much they looked the same!
